Adding a paver patio is one of the smartest ways to make your yard more usable. A well-built patio gives you a clean, level surface for outdoor dining, grilling, or sitting around a fire pit, while adding lasting value to your home.
Building a patio that lasts takes more than just laying stones on dirt. Heavy clay soil and wet springs can ruin a patio quickly if the ground underneath is not prepared right. We manage the whole job: digging out soft topsoil, packing down a thick crushed-stone base, setting slope for water drainage, laying pavers tightly, and sweeping in polymeric sand to lock joints together. Whether you want a simple spot for a couple of chairs or a multi-level space for hosting large groups, we build patios structured to handle freeze-thaw cycles without shifting or settling unevenly.
HOW IT WORKS
How We Build Your Patio
First chat and yard evaluation - We come to your property, look at the yard, check slopes and water run-off pattern, take measurements, and talk through how you plan to use the space.
Picking materials and laying out the design - We work together to pick stone types, colors, borders, and patterns. We guide you toward pavers that fit your home's style and structural needs.
Dirt work, base prep, and laying stone - We excavate to the right depth, pack down layers of crushed stone base, set bedding sand, lay pavers with tight lines, and vibrate sand into joints to lock everything in place.
Final sweep and joint sand - We sweep the workspace clean, check every edge, inspect drainage lines, and walk the finished space with you to make sure everything meets your standards.
