What Building Out Here Actually Involves
Putting together a solid outdoor space takes more than picking out nice boards or drawing a pretty sketch. Around here, you have to deal with heavy gumbo clay, sharp temperature swings between January and July, and yards that collect water in all the wrong spots. If you do not anchor your posts deep enough or prep a patio base with proper drainage, Kansas City weather will tear it up in a couple of seasons. We focus on getting the structural foundation right first, then building out the features you want.

Detailed Layout & Planning: We put together clear layout plans and an itemized breakdown covering materials, footings, and build timelines.
Construction & Assembly: Our crew handles framing, hardscaping, deck board installation, and custom trim while keeping the work zone tidy and safe.
Final Walkthrough: We walk the finished deck or patio together to check every joint, railing post, and paver cut so you are completely satisfied before we wrap up.
