HOW IT WORKS
From First Visit to Final Walkthrough
The Site Visit & Design Conversation -We start by visiting your home to evaluate your existing patio or yard footprint. We take precise site measurements, check ground slope, discuss how you want to use the room, and review screening mesh and framing options.
Plans, Permits, and Materials -Our team puts together structural plans detailing post layouts, beam sizing, and roof integration. You select your framing materials, decking, screen tracks, and door styles. Once the design is set, we submit the drawings to the city for building permits.
Framing and Mesh Installation - After permits are issued, our crew digs footings, sets structural posts, and frames the roof and deck structure. We run electric lines for fans or lighting if requested, install aluminum screen framing tracks, and roll tear-resistant mesh tightly across every panel.
Final Inspection with You - Before closing out the job, we walk through the finished room with you. We inspect screen tension, test door latches, clean up construction debris from the yard, and confirm that every detail meets your expectations.
